Contact customer service by email to receive your return # as without the return # items will not be accepted back.
STEP 2
Make sure your return item is in orginal condition.

Once you receive your return # via email make sure it is in with your return. We ask you for a written explanation why item is being returned. This will help our sales people to understand what the customer is looking for in service.

Make sure your return is within 14 days of sale. We will allow for delays near the holiday seasons.

If ordering by credit card, your account number is not kept on the shopping cart site database. This is why, every time you order from us, you will have to re-input your credit card number.
